I am writing this letter as a very happy RE/MAX client. Recently, I completed the process of selling my home. I hired Chris Richardson as my trusted advisor and neighborhood expert. Even though I had some initial fears about the selling process, they were quickly put to rest.  Chris was very patient and explained each step of the process in great detail. Every time I had a question, Chris was always assessable.

Within three days of putting my home on the market I received several offers. In addition, not only was Chris there when I had questions, he was a great negotiator. Just after entering into the first ratified contract things went a-rye. Once again, Chris was right there as the knight in shining armor. He immediately took the appropriate measures to secure a back-up contract. Had he not acted in the manner in which he did, I would have lost out on the house that I had contracted to buy.

I am grateful that I found Chris. He provided me with a level of service that not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. When it comes to buying or selling, Chris Richardson certainly has my vote.

My family would like to thank you for all of your hard work in purchasing our new home. We recognize that "for sale by owner" contracts require more work because of the direct relationship with the sellers, however, you handled ours very well and professionally at all times. I know that other realtors we have dealt with in the past shunned us away from "for sale by owner" contracts for the very nature of having to deal directly with the sellers and sometimes (due to their lack of knowledge about the selling process) it can be overwhelming and stressful.
